 1. Do the letters, number, and symbol of “M3>U” have a special meaning other than “Me greater than you”?

Yes they do!  “M” stands for  “Me”, “3” stands for “Mind, body, soul” “>”  stands for “greater than”, and the “U” stands for “Uniformity”

2. Why does the web link and contact email say “Megreaterthanyou” instead of “MegreaterthanU”?

Simple! When starting to company, the domain for MegreaterthanU was not available…Hah hah hah! No really, it was not available, and wanting to avoid delay, we settled for “you” knowing it would easily be explained.  Megreaterthanyou sure is an eye catcher though

3. Tracking your package

Enjoy the ride every step of the way. After making your purchase, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped.

4.How long will it take for my order to ship?

With most items currently being in stock, chances are your items will ship out within 1 to 2 business days. Being that we are just getting started, if an item is not is stock in our warehouse due to popularity, we are looking at a turnaround of 1 week (2 at most).  If you are anxious and would like to check in, you can email us at info@megreaterthanyou.com

5.How do I make a return or exchange?

For your convenience, we have supplied a postage paid return label in with your original order. If you do not have the mailing label from the original packing slip, please use a signature required service such as FedEx or UPS to send your return back to us.  You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs up front.
